Dilvé Vellutini

Dilvé joins the Ca Consulting team as a training designer and facilitator. She is also a certified coach (ICC Canada) and over the past 15 years she has worked with private companies, public institutions and NGOs in China, France and Italy. Working internationally has made her aware of the different interpersonal and individual issues that can arise in teams. Polyglot and graduate of several universities in France, China and England, she puts the intercultural and multidimensional dimension of being at the center of her practice and the programs she designs. Her deepest inspiration is that each person can find his or her place at the heart of the company and of the transformations in order to find a balance in his or her daily professional life and to consciously put his or her talents at the service of the group.
