For a leader of the video game market in France, present in Montpellier, CA Consulting Group has been setting up for more than two years a tailor-made program for managers.

Our proposal

By training 200 managers per year, this program has enabled them to commit to their job as a manager, to become a manager-developer, to inspire their teams and give meaning, and to gain agility and adaptability.

Our approach

Thanks to an efficient format, with 10 sessions per entity spread over a year in face-to-face or remote mode, two formats in which the program works equally well, the program has been a great success, with positive effects on all levels.
