With its expertise in management, coaching and intergenerational understanding, CA Consulting Group co-constructed a customized course that allowed each day of training to create a safe space for exchange, practice and perspective. The main objective of this course was to meet our client’s deep desire to develop skills and commit to common goals. The relevance of this subject and the agility of the training coaches made this module a must as a stand-alone module, launching a young managers’ course or reinforcing an experienced managers’ course.
Furthermore, as the spirit of collaboration is key for our client, we have positioned an individual debriefing before the training courses, drawing on the results of an internationally renowned assessment on emotional intelligence. The aim of this debriefing was to identify, in complete confidence, the socio-emotional skills of each person to be used in the training and in the group dynamics.
